UNOS Dance Fitness Center, Inc. is a local, community-focused dance studio that offers a student of all skill levels to learn how to dance and have fun. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where passion for dance can flourish. We have adult, teens and kids’ classes. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Ballet Instructor.

 

We are looking to start a new Ballet Class for Kids/Tweens, The Ballet instructor/teacher will be responsible for creating and leading ballet dance classes to students of various ages and skill levels. You will select appropriate music, teach dance routines and ensure a positive and inclusive class atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Teach using various dance styles and methodologies for all skill levels.

• Explain and demonstrate techniques and methods of regulating movements of body to musical or rhythmic accompaniment.

• Plan, choreograph and be a positive instructors helping student reach their goals

• Monitor student progress, provide feedback and encouragement.

• Engage with students and parents as needed to build relationships.

• Prepare students for studio performances and live events as required.

• Be on time and ready to teach.
   

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Ballet dance in a dance studio environment

• Experience as a dance teacher. Entry level is ok based on experience.

• Ability to teach students of different ages and skill levels.

• Positive attitude, high energy and ability to motivate students.

• Growth Mindset, patience and humility to listen and learn.

Compensation:

• Base Pay + Enrollment Milestones + Student Retention Bonus
