TERMS & CONDITIONS
USE OF PREMISES
The Premises may only be used for lawful activities in line with the description at unosdancefitness.com/studio-rental, including dance, yoga, fitness, and similar classes. Parties, celebrations, events with alcohol, and ticketed or commercial events are prohibited unless granted explicit prior written approval. Activities must not disturb other tenants or neighboring businesses.
DAMAGE TO PREMISES
The Renter is responsible for any damage to the Premises, including but not limited to mirrors, floors, speakers, and fixtures. Any required repairs will be billed to the Renter and deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
LIABILITY WAIVER
The Renter releases and waives all claims against Unos Dance Fitness Center, its staff, and affiliates for injury, property loss, or damages arising from use of the Premises, regardless of cause, including negligence.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $200 refundable security deposit is required to confirm the reservation prior to the rental. The deposit will be immediately returned after inspection of the space studio.
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancel 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
Under 48 hours: 50% refund
Same-day or no-show: No refund
